The Senior Account Manager is a Boise-based position responsible for day-to-day client relationships, strategies, and project execution for scheduled accounts. You will work with other Stoltz team members to fully develop your clients’ strategic initiatives and to grow your accounts in the long run.

On a daily basis, you are responsible for:

  • Operating as the main point of contact for your assigned accounts.
  • Leading the development of client campaigns and overall project strategy.
  • Continuous field exploration and innovation in accounts and working with internal teams to provide strategic solutions and recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal agency team members and partners.
  • Actively communicate project status, recommendations and analysis to your clients.
  • Ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects based on established expectations.
  • Ensuring projects meet Staltz’s highest quality work expectations and client expectations at that time and on a budget.
  • Clearly express the client’s needs and expectations to the internal team so that they can build with confidence and efficiency.
  • Understanding media placement, trends and analysis.

If you can fit:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, journalism or related fields.
  • You have at least 7 years of experience in agency account management and strategy development.
  • You are a person who believes in clients / agencies based on genuine partnerships.
  • You have exceptional communication skills, including the ability and confidence to express ideas and concerns with respect to both clients and coworkers, and to make a solid call when needed.
  • You like to present in groups.
  • You are passionate about project management and have experience with Ashana project management software.
  • You can pivot from a spreadsheet, on Google Slides, to an official client event without missing a beat.
  • You are a student and inventor who wants to push boundaries and try new things.
  • You are a flexible problem solver, able to adapt to fast-paced environments and navigate competitive needs without breaking a sweat.
  • You are highly detailed based with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • You have excellent writing skills.
  • You tend to be the first one to meet a new friend at a networking event.
  • You know about emerging technologies and marketing trends.
  • You have experience in budget management, time tracking and invoicing software.
